Thinkingblade products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the original purchaser. This guarantee is voided (as determined by Thinkingblade) by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or alterations of the product anddoes not cover any normal wear that might occur. U.S. claims should be sent prepaid and insured. For international claims, call orwrite Thinkingblade for information. Thinkingblade reserves the right to the repair or replacement of a product at our discretion.
Returning Products
When returning products for claim inspection please do all of the following:
- Write a brief note explaining what you are returning, the product defect, and the circumstances surrounding the productfailure.
- On the note, please be sure to include your name, return address, daytime phone number, and your e-mail address.
- Package only the defective product and not the sheath or other materials.
- Insure the package for the full value of its contents.
